Our dispatchers work directly with trucking companies and owner operators to keep their trucks loaded and moving. Our Dispatchers will work  both directly with the manufacturers and broker to negotiate loads, times, and deleivery of the loads. The The owner Operators will be paid out the percentage of 90% to 95% per load, with adjustable rates based on the load amount, the owner-operator history, and how many loads the driver does.
